This document (as well as any other document referred to herein) governs the conditions applicable to the purchase of products and/or services on this website (hereinafter, the Conditions). In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing and/or using this Website, it is important that you read the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

MASTER PROGRAM OFFERING

EBIS reserves the right to decide which master programs and courses are offered to Users through the online store and may add new products and/or remove any existing ones at any time and without prior notice.

Enrollment in the master programs is subject to their availability. Should difficulties arise regarding their provision, we will contact the User to provide information about substitute products of equal or greater quality and value. If no substitute product can be offered or the customer does not wish to switch to one of those products, we will refund any amount paid.

The master programs offered have a calendar specifying the date and time of the videoconference sessions. Every effort will be made to keep to the dates and times in question whenever possible, but there may be cases in which the date and/or time of one or more classes has to be changed due to instructor availability issues or other reasons that prevent the planned schedule from being met. The new dates may fall on days of the week other than the usual ones (different from the days of the week indicated on the website and EBIS's other official communication channels). EBIS also reserves the right to add or remove a class whenever necessary.

FINANCING CONDITIONS

Students who wish to pay in installments undertake to make periodic monthly payments of the agreed amounts until the full price of the program has been paid. The monthly installments will be paid starting from the date on which enrollment takes place.

Installments may only be paid through one of the payment methods provided by EBIS. In the event of a delay of more than 5 calendar days in the payment of an installment, the Student must pay a penalty of €30 for the corresponding administrative costs. In the event of delays of more than 30 calendar days in the payment of an installment, interest of 1.5% per month will be applied to the amount owed.

Once 14 calendar days have elapsed from the program start date, the Student will no longer have the right of withdrawal and, therefore, even if the Student decides to leave the program early, they must continue paying the installments until the total price of the program has been paid.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

The Student has the right of withdrawal during the first 14 calendar days from the program start date. Costs attributable to the administration of the enrollment process will not be refunded. Those amounts total €350. To request a refund, you must write to administracion@ebiseducation.com within the established 14-day period and state your interest in withdrawing from the corresponding program.

CONDITIONS FOR ENROLLMENT APPLICATIONS

In order to take a master program that requires prior knowledge, the student must provide evidence of that knowledge through a certificate or degree demonstrating previous training in the required subjects. Some programs do not require the student to hold an accrediting degree; in these cases, the student may take an exam to assess their knowledge of the subjects in question. If the student does not pass the exam and does not hold an accrediting degree, they will not be able to take the master program. If the student has already enrolled, the enrollment will be canceled and the payment made will be refunded.

CONDITIONS FOR EXTENDING THE PROGRAM

If the Student is unable to complete the program within the stipulated period (see the duration established for each program in its syllabus), they will be offered one additional month of free access. After that month ends, if the Student wishes to keep access to the program, they must pay a fee of 75 Euros per month for each month they wish to extend access and tutor support. There is no teaching activity during the month of August, so that month will not count as time used by the Student. However, the virtual campus will remain operational, and therefore Students who wish to do so may use that period to get ahead with the program. It is important to note that, as it is a “non-teaching” month, tutors and instructors will not be available to provide support or answer questions.

APPEARING IN THE SCHOOL'S VIDEOS

Classes for master programs in the Live Streaming format are recorded so that students in that format can watch the recording later and so that other students taking the program in the Online format can also view this training. The recordings will show the image of students who broadcast through their webcam, and any comments they make through the microphone will be heard. Turning on the microphone or webcam is entirely optional and voluntary. If students decide to do so, they accept that their image and voice may be viewed and heard by other students of the school, and it will be understood that they have no objection to this. These recordings will normally be used for a period of between 6 months and 1 year, but they may be shown to other students for a longer period of time. Under no circumstances may a student or alumnus request the deletion of a recording in which they appear while it is being used by the school. Once the video is no longer used by the school, it will be deleted.
